Best Wishes

I wish you the best. I'm sure you will enjoy no longer having to work to pay someone to care for your husband. There are many things you can do to bring in a few extra bucks and save those that you receive. Do make sure you take time out for yourself because it will be different being home all the time.

I had 4 children, 2, 3, and 7 years apart. They are all grown up now but I have so many wonderful memories. I know when you have one after you have older children is a real blessing. You have the older ones to help. Blessings to you and your beautiful new daughter.

oxyclean

I've used oxyclean for similar products. Put some oxyclean and hot water in the kitchen sink and soak it for a while. It usually works for me.

Many aren't!

Hi Pam,
Being a movie buff, there are some movies that are worth seeing on the big screen and some that aren't. I like art films too and joined the Independent Film Network who send a new award winning usually foreign films, once a month for $15. http://www.FilmMovement.com I've liked nearly everyone I've received for the last few years. Foreign films give you an interesting look into other cultures and peoples.

2 of my kids go to a new movie every week, always the matinee but even those with the cost of gas, treats and tickets are getting too expensive for them. It's a tough call.

I find for me, renting DVDs is just more practical but do go to several every year, usually on my kids recommendation.

You should write for a living! Great post!! I laugh only because I don't have children, I'm sure it won't be nearly as funny once I have them and have to experience similar stories!! You sound like a great mom! Good job keeping your cool!!

thanks fisher!!

Thanks fisher! I wish I had read your email a few days ago! We gave a higher offer than we probably should have, but they did take it. I have to say, we have learned a lot through this process and I wish we had taken more people's advice! If this house doesn't work out (and I am starting to have my doubts) I will take your advice the next time we do this and stick to our guns on the price!! Thanks for your help! I hope your own offer goes well! Will be praying for that for you!!

moving mania

we have been in the same house for 20 years. We have lived in the same area for 46 years. It could be an grand adventure to move 2 hours away or it could be the destruction of my destiny.
