SUMMER PARTY HELP PLEASE

We are having an early August party just for the fun of having one.  We decided on having a pig roast and now we are stuck on a theme for the party.  We've had Hawaiian and Mexican themes before so we're kinda stuck...

We hope to have 75 people ages 21-65 (no kids this time).... We are looking for an unique theme that makes our guests say "wow, what a cool idea"....  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
