Going Home!!!
Good for you! My husband stays home with me. He gives me my I.V.'s and drives me wherever I need to go. He keeps house and often cooks and does the dishes. I try to do as much as I am able. That includes part-time work as a journalist. He works part-time at home raising baby calves and our beautiful garden. We are as tight as we can be with our money, and I find that we are as rich as I have ever been! Our friends love to eat at our home and last night a friend brought some store-bought fried chicken, macaroni salad and rolls. We filled our plates and went outside to watch the parakeets and visit. It was a perfect evening. Maybe the key is to relish what the Lord has given us. A sunny, windless day. Pretty little birds. Fresh cherries from a friend! (That was yesterday, too.) How good does life get? May the Lord bless you with the vision to see what He has given you both! Positive feedback Saturday, June 16, 2007 | By Tanya39 I receive SSI too. I only wish for a spouse as nice as you are to leave a job and spend time with me. I hope you are prepared for what lies ahead. You may want to get counseling for finance management. It will help your marriage emensely. Resentment is bound to arise if you don't get this counseling. Hope you have a happy retirement so to speak. Getting out helps too. Walks together or spending time together at the park or public beach is always good for the soul. Been Through It Before, Going Through It Now Friday, June 15, 2007 | By fisher It's definitely tough to get attached to a house and worry about it slipping away. The key is to know that are is always another house and another seller, so stick to your guns. Everything is set up to drive the price up... from financing to real estate agents, they all make more if the house sells for more. So stick to your guns and always have the courage to walk away and move on to something else. Best of luck! We are submitted an offer on a house as well and are waiting to hear back. It's our best final offer, the house just doesn't make sense for any more money. WAY TO GO! Thursday, June 14, 2007 | By Tanya39 But i thought you told me that dollar store stuff wasn't good enough to get for gifts for yourself or others. Next time talk the walk and live it too. I will ignore your comments from now on and you can go on being jealous of me. Thanks for your blog info. I will use it myself too. Thanks Wednesday, June 06, 2007 | By petlady2

T-Y 4 the info. Lines on face Monday, June 04, 2007 | By michawnpita Try sleeping on satin pillow cases. You can buy them (I found some zip ones for $1 and $.50 at WalMart!) or make some. They are good for no lines and less wrinkles as they don't pull as much when you sleep! Lines on face after wake up Monday, June 04, 2007 | By Tanya39
Well I put aloe vera lotion on them. It makes my face soften and take care of the lines too all at once. Avoid your eyes though even the corners can get stingy lotion in them enough to hurt and send you to the doctors. Mom To 2 Dogs!! Friday, June 01, 2007 | By healthaidefrog1959 I would keep the dog!! He sounds extremely loyal and very protective. The neighborhood child certainly needs some discipline and authority in his life..needs to be taught a lesson, for sure. Did you get a fine for the dog biting him? Did the dog enforcement officer's come and investigate what actually happened and also speak to the child and his parent's at all? If it would be me, I would pay the fine, if I got one, speak my mind with all details, and if they told me I had to get rid of my "fur baby", then I would go to the media with this story..preferably a local tv station!! Good luck!! Best wishes in your home buying! Tuesday, May 29, 2007 | By Persnickety Paula
How exciting!! Good for you! I totally agree with the low offer, the real estate market it down right now and it is a buyers market! Chances are that they will counter-offer on your offer so I am glad that you have your bosses to help you out with some advice. Please keep in mind, not only the monthly cost of your mortgage, but insurance, taxes and utilities as well.
