Hello,
I am beginning to blog my weight loss journey. I am into my second week of excercising every day...except weekends. And watching what I eat.
I will try to post each day, putting my menu and feelings down.
M-F I will workout at Curves.
My starting weight is 255
and my waist is 55 inches at the belly button.
So here we go.........................
