Hyptnotized

Well, I gave it a try. I went to be hyptnotized last night.

I'm not sure that it took or not yet....I guess I will give it a couple of days.

I have a CD I am to listen to at least everyday as reinforcement. I have already listened to it this morning at work......I loaded it to my phone.

So far I don't feel any different. But its early.
