Hello,
I am beginning to blog my weight loss journey. I am into my second week of excercising every day...except weekends. And watching what I eat.
I will try to post each day, putting my menu and feelings down.
M-F I will workout at Curves.
My starting weight is 255
and my waist is 55 inches at the belly button.
So here we go.........................

keep up the hard work and you will lose the weight. About 6 years ago I was 252 and decided to change my life. in a year I lost about 90 lbs. I gained 30 back but I'm working out and losing them again. if you ever need to talk feel free to email me. one bad day isn't enough to give up it's a process. be proud of yourself it sounds like your doing great!

One good tip... don't fixate too much on the scale. It's good track your weight but You may lose weight in spurts, you may lose it steady, you may work hard and not lose much weight for a couple weeks. Muscle weighs more than fat. You can be getting leaner and not see it on the scale. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is with diet AND exercise but you have to accept that's it's a slow process... but a process that will ultimately bring you success long term.
