Cayenne Pepper?
Thursday, January 29, 2009 | By freya1970

Could be bad circulation. I would visit a naturalpathic doctor. It might be as easy as just taking some cayenne pepper capsules! :) My naturalpath used to tell me that when I took a shower, alternate from hot to cold to shock the body and get its blood pumping as I struggle with circulation too (I am a size 5). Good luck!

Thanks!

Thanks for the tip! Sadly we have one of those Keurig machines that use those individual cups that look like coffee creamers, so nothing can be done to change the taste. I drink black coffee but might bring some soy milk to work to liven it up :) I will definitely try the cocoa idea with some old grinds I found though! :)

Never have - I just buy what is a good deal and then have leftovers of one sort or another. In cold weather soupy stews are great for this.

Coffee

Office coffee can be improved by adding cocoa (sugar-free or otherwise) to it 1/2 and 1/2. Another alternative is to add soy milk (can be vanilla flavored)in the same ratio and add nutmeg and cinnamon.

Same problem with Yoga Clothes
Wednesday, January 28, 2009 | By freya1970

I find it's the same thing for yoga clothes. Lululemon sells ridiculously priced "special" yoga wear. I find it's for people who want to be trendy while doing yoga. Oh please! haha! Personally I just wear my thrift tank and pants, I can still do yoga just as easily and I also look fine..i mean really, who's looking?! :)

sweat suits

Still prefer separates - workout pants to wear with sweat shirts - I then can also wear stretch workout pants with t-shirts - and when it gets warmer - shorts - Just coordinate the colors - Frankly these things are going to get dirty and sweaty and be washed a lot - we can be presentable and not fashion plates as we exercise - otherwise, unless you are in perfect shape, it looks like you are trying too hard. The sloppy sweatsuit combos are for snuggling in at home in front of the TV! Sort of like oversize pjs.

herbs in the window sill?
Sunday, January 25, 2009 | By leftthesanebehind

I am a very visual person , all of my life i've seen how to put togther and plan rooms with colour and so-on. So i thought to add to my creativity i would grow things in my window sill. I've always had a dream of living with huge plants all around me, kinda like a rainforest theme. but don't seem to be able to get a house with enough lighting yet. I have question has any one ever grew a tomato plant indoors before and had any luck?
