re supplements
Thursday, July 17, 2008 | By bobbie g

Hi,
FYI, no matter how much you are saving, almost all supplements you buy in pill form go right thru you, so your hard earned money is wasted. I have a wonderful, liquid supplement, that I take and have never felt better. It has helped lower my cholesterol #s. I do not need meds for it! Best price out there...I know because I did the research. You can also tell your friends about it and end up actually getting you liquid supplement at not cost after your referrals add up. This company has been in business for 10 years. If you are at all curious email me at bobbieg@charter.net. In the information line put send info on 10 in one. I will send you my website and you can check it out for yourself. It also offers a great way to earn residual income, if you are interested, if not you can just get your 10 in one.
Hope to talk with you soon.

Try this...

I lived in the Asian region before and it used to get extremly hot. What I used to do to keep cool with the fans was this:
I had several body wraps in my wardrobe we call chaddas (much like a sari or surong) I used to drench them in cold water and sqeeze them out just enough so there would be no drip and wrap myself in a surong style. It was so hot there that the wrap would dry in about an hour, but it kept me pretty cool during the day indoors under the fans. Keeping a spray bottle filled with cold water and a towel to spray and pat with also works well when doing this.
NOTE: I'm a floor lounger so I never worried about wetting the furniture, but you could open out a beach chair or something that is water resistant. Look, when its hot its hot and we will do anyting to keep cool, lol. Hope this will help you.

Thanks

What you are doing is exactly what our forfathers did, before this age of disposibles.
And this is exactly how we can all solve the many problems we humans have created with Our Earth
Everything we now throw away has many ways to be reused.
Thus we do not create any new waste /pollution ,and save money to boot.
You know those survival tv shows?
What a shame they never invite someone like us to appear on such shows.
Most of us would love to be stranded on a desert isle with only our wits for survival.
I Wish You Many More Ideas

Try a housing specialist at the University of Georgia Extension. They should have contact with many social service agencies in your area and might have insight to programs you might not be aware of.

Trying to get the parent thriftyfun.com folks to put this blog on a feed - you might mention your interest to them. In the meantime you can usually find updates at twitter.com/pamphyila - and on bloglog? Working on this. thnx 4 the input.

Cucumbers..no freezing

Sorry, you can not freeze them. Relish and pickles along with salad is you best bet. Or sharing would be a great idea. Maybe someone wants to share with you their extras. Good luck.
