Men are such funny things that if they spring for either flowers or scent you know they are TRYING VERY HARD. (That is, if they are not A**holes to begin with.) Don't set the bar too high!

Making $ on the Web
Saturday, February 07, 2009 | By pamphyila

You can make little bits of $ on the internet doing a couple of things: (1) fill out surveys for $ (2) play games for $ - see winster.com (3) write articles on sites like associatedcontent.com (5) work at mturk.com - But get a paypal account so it's easy to pay you. They even have a Mastercard debit card to make it easier to spend your $ online and elsewhere. I just bought clarinet reeds...

Surprised me, too

My friend offered to put me up, both of us thinking that I would soon find my feet and a job soon. That didn't happen.

I have health issues which make finding a job very challenging, and that's how this all started. It was the County Social Services that startled me -- "Living with a friend, with little/no income? You're homeless."

Eventually, as the economy improves, I will start getting some temp gigs again, and one of those will lead to a steady job. Just have to keep our chins up, and we'll all make it through these times! :-)

Helps to give the reader some info or insight - and to make the language peppy - some blogs specialize in tip-oriented material - others more general - Think of your reader - & you as a reader - what would YOU like to read & follow?

Another way to beat the common cold, and far easier and cheaper, too!

I used to suffer from 'Death's Door Colds' (reallys serious ones), several times EVERY year.

So I found out through trial and error, that the ONLY way that has worked for me is in the last part of my shower, well after I've finished any soaping or shampooing.

I put 1/3 CAPfull, not cup full, of eucalyptus oil on the base of your shower. Have a bit of hot water playing on it and consciously breathe in the fumes.

That's all there is to it. But do it every day, as I still do.

Hope it works for you as well as it does for me.

Oh, BTW, no sore throats, no 'flu, either.

I feel your pain
Monday, February 02, 2009 | By Clara711

I used to get the same pain and bloating feeling. A couple years ago I got severe pain in my stomach and I rushed to the hospital. It turned out I had develop a kidney infection. I was given antibiotics and told to eat plenty of oatmeal and drink lots of cranberry juice. I started getting the same systoms you have maybe like 6 months ago, I remember what the doctor recommended. I drank lots of water which is the cause why I develop the kidney infection in the first place. Of course I had my cranberry juice and believe it or not the pain was GONE. My stomach was still getting bloated, so I decided to go to the doctor. He prescribed acid reducer pills. The pharmacist recommended the over the counter pills since prescribed are very pricey. I got 2 treatments at walmart for $20 they are called OMEPRAZOLE. I get little pain in my stomach/side here and there but as soon as I do I run and buy my cranberry juice and the pain is all gone. I really hope this helps and wish you the best!!!
