I am a wife, mother of 2 girls (12 & 5) and work part time. I am 34 years old.  I hate shopping only because I never can find anything to fit right.  Stepping on the scales at 180pounds. OMG!!!  What happen to me? First thing in the morning, I will attempt to walk before going to work. Can I get up that early? I always find some reason for I can't, I don't have the time. Well folks, I am running out of time. I am going to set a goal. My 6th anniversary is August 21. I'm  going to try shedding  6 pounds before that day.  I want to walk, exercise and do this the right way. I know this will take time but it will be worth it!!!  Hope to hear from you... please join in and we can do this together.  I am willing and open to any suggestions.. I will do this as frugal as I can. No gym, personal tr. or expensive food.  I hope to do this with home grown garden food.. see ya soon...  oh. One more thing...I am trying to do away with my sodas!!
