80th Birthday Party

Hi! I was wondering if you had any great ideas for planning my grandfather's 80th birthday party. So far, it's a surprise. I'm looking for decorating ideas, centerpieces, games..etc..

1st of all I thought your blog was great. you Told it exactly as it is. I have no problem having a knockoff on a purse. Some are done better than the real ones. My main question to penny is whether she can suggest any trendy thrift stores in LA that might have a website. I live in Maine, and there just isn't alot of choice if you need to dress for business. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you in Advance, Penny.

We all love our little furry 'children' and are devastated when they get sick, so we can all feel one another's anxiety when it happens. Been there myself, time and again, and understand. My little dog has been prayed over more times that most might admit, and she's now 8 years old and sweet as can be. When I'm sick, she hovers close by just as I do with her. :^) Hang in there!

dollar stores have a lot of excellent items for weddings, candles, ribbons, cards. Michaels Crafts has a lot of wedding items, unity candles, cake toppers, etc. (wish they were around when I got married) Having the wedding in the summer you could have casual bbg type wedding, there are so many more flower choices and you can get a more informal wedding outfits. I'm glad we didn't go overboard spending(we had a winter wedding) gown was from Jessica McClintock (satin) husband wore a grey suit, we rented the bridesmaid outfits, ushers wore their best suits, just had bows at end of pews in church.

I went to see Razyn this evening and she wanted me to hold her so I did. I just wish and pray that she was healthy again. Better than before. She is the sweetest lil baby. She is 13wks old 2day. She can't regulate her own body temp. This disease has just broke down her body. She is a fighter. She may get to come home 2morrow. I pray to Jehovah God that she gets healthy and stays that way. I will post again later....keep praying...it works. THANKS JEHOVAH GOD.......I love u!!!!!!!

The 1st thing I done this morning was get up and check on Razyn.....I thought she was dead....so, I rushed her to the vet. I will know more this afternoon. Please keep praying..

Well, great news...Razyn got to come home today. She still feels bad. She still needs a lot of prayers and love. I want to thank JEHOVAH GOD, and everyone who prayed for my lil' Razyn. Thank you Jesus and Jehovah God!!!! You are the only God I have and pray to. Thank You so much.

Can she re-get the parvo when she gets home? And if so what do I need to do to prevent this. My baby is very little and I put her in the hospital 2day. So do you have any advice on the after care? And her chances of survival.

All mine were eating dry dog food at 8wks. It is better for them. It takes the tartar off their teeth. I buy IAMS puppy food. Mine love it.
