Oil
Tuesday, June 24, 2008 | By *Kim*

Use baby oil, mineral oil or cheap vegetable oil. Oil has compounds that chemically react and bond to the glue. Wipe off the oil, wipe off the glue. Wipe it down or spray (Pam) it, wait 15 minutes and remove.

When I read your post I didnt know what a skin tag was so I looked it up and found this site for a remedy: http://www.medicinenet.com/skin_tag/page2.htm
But other than the skin tag, i can relate to your post and find it to be rather cute. I also just found a recipe for bisquick last week and made cheddar biscuits as well, I found the recipes on www.recipegoldmine.com, and as for getting up at 4:30am, I find nothing wrong with it as I am up even earlier for my first prayer of the day (I'm a muslim) and am soon online afterwards, lol. I took a special interest in this post because of your age. I hope I am as active in the next 20 years as you are. Thanks for sharing and visit my blogs anytime

I was also looking for an alternative!

Wow, thanks for sharing this information. My mother told me about this remedy once but I never tried it and have been recently looking for an all natural shampoo to add to the list of store bought cosmetics I've now replaced with natural remedies (trying to avoid as many uses of harmful chemicals as I can). I will try this and later post my results. Thanks again.

Baking soda for your hair?!

Thank you for sharing your idea! I think that shampoo is way over priced and baking soda is so much cheaper. I already use it to brush my teeth with and am going to try it for my hair next.

I was hoping you might let us know how you get on with the removal of your skin tag/s? I have a few I would like to be rid of and also have one on my neck.

Let us know if it works and indeed the method you use. I am loathed to spend silly money on the Wartner treatment in the chemists.
Good luck and best wishes

Monique :)

I grow a garden and can it every year. We love home grown veggies better than store bought. Now a days with all the ecoli, salmanella, and other dangers its a safer choice and money wise a big diffrence. It just take a little time and elbow grease. What kind of veggies are you looking to can? I always can tomatos, make tomato juice, green beans , corn.. ect. I also can green tomatos to fry later in the year. I love to make pickled corn everyone else hates it not me I could eat it all the time. you let me know what you want to can I'll let you know how I do it. I also can meats like beef , deer, chicken and even pork.

That is great Mishie. How much do you add to your backed-goods and pancakes? What a good idea...

Hi,
I use both of these products in all my baked-goods as well as pancakes.
My kids don't even notice it.
And I'm happy they're getting all the nutritional benefits...
