<title>Cheap Living, on the Bayou</title>
<link>http://www.myfrugallife.com/blog_schitzofrenic.html</link>
<description>A Cajun diet is cheap and definately filling! Recipes were created out of necessity by our not-so-rich ancestors, so ingredients are cheap and the meals are made to stretch for either many days or big groups/families... with plenty leftovers to share! Living in a small Gulf coast fishing village makes seafood easily accessible, with little or no cost. I realize now as an adult that most of the country can't just go out, walk across the street from their home, and dip a fishing pole or net into the water and come up with dinner... unfortunately for most of the country! But most of our recipes can be substituted with chicken, which is also a cheap meat. Anyway, anyone interested in Cajun recipes or Cajun life... here's your spot to ask a Cajun girl!</description>
