It's good, hearty and Healthy. TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT!</p> <p>Half a small cabbge head, coarsely chopped</p> <p>1 Tblsp. Olive Oil</p> <p>1 Onion, coarsely chopped (or more depending on your taste)</p> <p>1/2 package of baby carrots, cut up</p> <p>3 Med. Potatoes, peeled (optional) and cut into bite size pieces</p> <p>1 can Tomatos, chopped (for a slightly&nbsp;spicy verion get some with Green Chiles)</p> <p>1 small can of tomato sauce</p> <p>a few sprigs of Parsley, chopped up</p> <p>1/2 pound ground round, chuck, or beef (your preference)</p> <p>1 tsp. Paprika</p> <p>Salt &amp; Pepper to taste</p> <p>In a 4 quart pot, heat the oil over medium heat until hot,but NOT Smoky!&nbsp;Add onions and sautee' until they look clear, stir well. Add cabbage,&nbsp;carrots and potatoes and add water to just cover vegggies. Alow to cook until it come to a boil and stirring once or twice and the LOWER THE FLAME! Add tomatos and sauce, stir. Add paprika and salt &amp; pepper to taste. NOW! Heat the 1 tablespoon of oilive oil in a large skillet until hot, lower flame. Crumble or roll meat into&nbsp;little balls (about 1/2 inch) place in skillet and cook until brown on all sides. When done add to the cabbage. Stir and cook uncovered over low heat. Add parsley&nbsp;and add some oregeno if you like. Cook until potatoes and cabbage are done. and CHOW DOWN!!!</p> <p>OPTIONAL: You can add 1 or more teaspoons of Hot Chilies for zest!</p>
