I have the exact same black streak/stain on my Kenmore ceramic top stove. It is not a raised stain, so the scraper does not work. I have tried everything: Bar Keepers friend; Mr. Clean Eraser, Baking Soda, Cook Top and Range Kleen cleaners. Please Help!! Thanks, Pat en-us
