Shopping Spree Bridal Shower Theme

We are hosting a bridal shower for my friend and she insists on the theme being centered around "shopping Spree" or shopping related since that is one of her favorite past times. Can someone please help me with ideas for invitations, centerpieces, etc. The wedding is scheduled for April 26 so I have no time.
