What is this Plant <xmen168> ?

This plant growth very well in my frontyard, It's given as a gift by my parents. They didn't know the name of this plant, but they do know that this plant was useful for curing some diseases, such it's act as antibiotic. the leaf can be eat and the fruit teasted very sour.

Unique Plant <Pineapple>

I recieved these plant one year ago. from the pineapple body (eyes), it's growing a new Pineapple plant. and on the top of this plant growing another small pineapple. If you have ever seen this kind of plant or know the name please let me know. thank you
