This is me working hard at Seaworld
|

There was no category for this photo so I put it in 'beauty'. I guess it DOES beautify Seaworld.
This was a project I recently completed and it was no easy task. This mural is on a wall at the queue line at the Journey To Atlantis ride. The mural started out as a pounce pattern which means the image was transformed onto the wall with a paper pattern. Once that was done, the colors were layed in. The mural still isn't finished. I have to 'age' it to fit into the 'theme' of the area. I will 'age' it by sanding parts of it off and adding a medium brown glaze over all. Our crew has been very busy with back-to-back holiday installations in the park so some projects must be put on the 'back burner'.
Hey! Does this ladder make my butt look big? Oh...my butt is ALEADY big!!!!

| About Me: |

I am a married, 53 yr.old white female, home owner in Orlando, Florida. I have worked at Seaworld for seven years and am a Scenic Artist. I own three dogs, my husband has worked at Disney for thirty years, and my grown son lives with us who also works at Disney. My husband and I each have our own motorcycles. I ride an '01 Police Road King Harley and my husband has a very pretty BMW motorcycle. When I am home, I like to work on home projects, work in my yard, play with my dogs and paint on canvas. My husband and I enjoy riding our bikes usually on the weekends when the weather is good and many times we stay gone most of the day. We went on vacation last Summer and rode from Virginia through the Blue Ridge Mountains back to Florida.
Our favorite place to visit is Savannah, Georgia and I can't wait to go back.
