my leak free very big windowed basement

(notice how I said "MY") lol The steps down are very wide - I was a little worried about getting Brads favorite seating in the house,the sofa surround,down the stairs but it's going to work! My big screen will be down here too & MAYBE a smaller tv in the front room but I would like to keep it more like a sitting room maybe not,we'll soon see!! Didn't I say the windows are HUGE ?!?! I will want a sliding glass door installed sometime in the near future for outside access with a bit of a patio there too under a wooden shade for possible cooking out! I will use large area rugs I already have on the floor- aside from the cost of carpeting it is more cost effective to replace only one rug at a time if something non removable happens to it instead of the whole huge wall-to-wall
