Emotional Freedom Techniques
Friday, February 01, 2008

One day I was browsing & came upon this amazing site of Gary Craig who claimed to heal patients by simple touching of meridians & reciting affirmations. My interest was piqued & I studied the mannual which Gary so kindly provided for any one to download. I started practicing but not sincerely. However at the back of my mind it was always there ---then one day there was an ad in the papers about workshops in EFT for senior citizens---the damages were not bad so I took it up. What was said in the workshop I already knew but how to go about it properly, I now knew.---I am practicing now a bit & will tell you all if the benefits are really there
