Today I am having a project day. I have brought my sewing machine out and I am mending away in my air conditioned apartment. My daughter is at the community room in our building to see if she can find a book to read there. She said if she gets too hot she will come back. I am sewing better now. I have a friend too. She measured me last night and I wrote down the sizes, so I can now sew a summer and winter top. The kind that will hold up you know with out a bra. I have longed to wear one of them, ever since my ex-husband said I was too fat and had no plans of losing weight. Well I am proving him wrong today. My new hubby is reading the newspaper with all my dogs lounging around him. The curtains are closed, and it is pretty cool in here. It is almost a Minnesota Fall kind of cold in our apt. I still can't believe it hasn't been a year since I moved here to Arizona. I may still be on Minnesota time. Thank goodness we haven't caught valley fever and we plan not to ever either by staying healthy lifestyle. Tonights supper will be something from the fridge/freezer in the form of sandwiches thawed well and cold water. My family is all for remaining cool. Today we may even go to the indoor pool in an hour to swim. Well got to get back to sewing. I will tell you all how it panned out.
