What is this Plant <xmen168> ?

This plant growth very well in my frontyard, It's given as a gift by my parents. They didn't know the name of this plant, but they do know that this plant was useful for curing some diseases, such it's act as antibiotic. the leaf can be eat and the fruit teasted very sour.
maybe YOU can help me to find out what plant is it ? thank you

Do you know what is the other name of this Pineapple Plant ? From the eyes of the Pineapple growing a new Plant. and on the top side growing another small pineapple.
