I hope to use this blog as a form of therapy for my depression and anxiety. I have so much angry and hopelessness inside me. I have always kept things to myself and this may be part of my problem. I would like to hear from other people who suffer with depression and/ or anxiety. I have been on medicine since July of 2005. It seems like I will never be my old self again.
