Blog: my 5 yr old has started weeing on our laps and in his sleep

my 5 yr old cat has started weeing in his sleep and on us when we pick him up,he has had a course of antibiotics and it stopped for a while,he has been neutered and he is normaly a very clean cat,im having trouble getting a urine sample to get him tested for an infection,can anyone give any advice please
