Help!  I cook a lot.  Tonight, the glass cover to my nonstick fry pan, vacuum sealed itself to the pan!  I placed the hot pan in the snow to cool and could hear some steam escaping.  I ran it under cold water, after it was completely cool, I put it back on the stove.  I put newspaper over the top and tried to "bang" an air dent into the pan with a hammer and screwdriver, and finally, I used the good old fashioned "bang the sides with an implement" trick.  All without success!  Is there anyone out there who can help?
